I'm so very grateful to Libre Lit for publishing my poem. It's only my second attempt at poetry, and it's long and tries to do a lot of things, but even so, it means a lot to me, and so I'm just so thankful that it found a home.

Mona Angéline is an unapologetically vulnerable writer, reader, book reviewer, artist, athlete, and scientist. She honors the creatively unconventional, the authentically "other".
